As of May 4, the Stock Exchange will display the best buy-sell prices of the 60 issuers that make up the IPC Composite, the foreign issuers and the TRACs (stock-referenced certificates) in the Real Time info systems, through its product “BMV a Profundidad”.
The product “BMV a Profundidad” offers the 5 best buy-sell positions, adding the volumes of the positions with the same price, thus allowing the investor to take a deep look at the supply and demand of each of the securities listed in the Stock Exchange.
The addition of these new issuers in the product “BMV a Profundidad” will allow the Stock Exchange to compete efficiently and actively with international markets that have this type of products, mainly in markets where routing of orders and program trading are most active, while generating in the process substantial benefits for the securities market as a whole:
- It promotes a larger attraction of orders.
- It favors more interest in the market.
- It generates liquidity.
- Alignment with international information disclosure standards.
- It allows to compete efficiently with other markets.
- It strengthens the market.
Starting May 4, private and institutional investors will have in-depth access to the book of the 60 issuers that make up the IPC Composite (IPC Comp MX) of the Mexican Stock Exchange, all foreign issuers and TRACS (Stock-referenced certificates).
